Updated Express Feeder Services
Express Feeder bus services, formerly denoted with a suffix X to their parent service, would now be numbered from 451 onwards to better distinguish them from existing services, according to LTA.
These are limited-stop bus services which provide a direct connection to MRT Stations for estates farther away from transport nodes.
In tandem with the launch of the new bus services 451, 452 & 453, existing express feeder bus services will be renumbered as follows:
Operator Posters (Oct & Nov 2025)

44 could be Weekdays operation until 8pm and no operation on weekends and holidays…
979X renumber as > 455
Should extended the operating hrs for evening peak
Yeah could be. 44 should also extend to start/end at Changi Airport Terminal 2 Bus Interchange and loop at Seletar Airport, passing via Airport Boulevard, PIE/TPE, Lorong Halus, Punggol Central, New Punggol Road, Punggol Way, Seletar North Link, Seletar Aerospace Drive & Seletar Airport. 44 will still serve the Punggol Coast District but it will not serve the Interchange. 44 should also operate daily on weekdays, weekends & PH.
I am not sure why they find it necessary to rename the X services, unless significant amendments are to be made to their routes (which is highly unlikely) which make them very different to their ‘parent’ route.
we need a full-day trunk route that goes from Punggol coast to the city, terminating at either marina centre or shenton way (maybe it could be bus 1 or 108?)
Still no all-day bus service from NE to city…
Shall we see a new bus interchange in kovan soon, with 115, 53M and extended 146 it shows that a new bus interchange hub will be built
They’re probably just using Kovan Hub bc it’s there
