I wonder why 410G only deploys single deckers while 410W more heavily deploys DD. It’s not like 410W has more demand than 410G, they both have lots of demand…
Anyone who have any idea plz do reply!

410W cause alot of people come from Bishan Int in a way as they don’t have to cross the bridge or whatsoever. They come from Bishan Int just zao can already in a way

410G may seem to be less appealing especially if got 52. Heading to Bishan MRT from St 22 side got 13/52/54/88 to go with.

      2) 410G starts from St 11/13 side first. St 11/13 got 54 & 56 as well. St 21 doesn’t have much demand even if St 21 only have 410G/410W.

Back then, 410G/410W doesn’t serve Shunfu side until early-2011. They amended it is for convenience + demand increase. But unfortunately, 410G don’t have much demand throughout the day. St 11 normally 54 + 56 are better to them.

G and W stand for “Green Plate” and “White Plate” respectively.

In the past, buses used to carry plastic plates of these colors to help commuters identify the direction of the service. With the phasing out of plastic signs, it is instead identified on the EDS as G and W.

The bus came earlier than 8:42 usual bus timing. 2 of us including another passenger chase the bus and when we are near the door the bus driver purposely closed the door and didn’t let us in. I just find it very rude and inconsiderate.

No. Cos Service 410 must be a bi-directional loop service. In both directions they can neither board 410G or 410W
