Premium 740 serves housing board estates around Sembwang, Yishun and Khatib with connections to Changi Business Park located at Upper Changi, eliminating the hassle of transferring between different modes of transport. It is a more convenient alternative route for residents who would otherwise rely on the MRT and other bus routes to reach Changi Business Park, which has limited transport connections.

Do we need to pre book for the bus?
No turn up for 6pm at eightrium. Evening only left with 2 frequency?
no bus service today on 5 jan 2021.at the bus stop outside eightrium at 5.31pm no show. bus service 740.
You better ensure your bus operators check whether or not there are ANY passengers who needs a ride at EVERY stop. Today 13 April 2023, the bus operator taking 7.50am route at Blk 114 bus stop didn’t want to wait after seeing that there was a queue of buses at the stop and just drove off without reaching the FRONT of the bus stop. As there was a queue I assumed the bus would queue accordingly and pick up passengers at the front of the bus stop. However, in the middle of the queue he just drove off.
I am now late for work even though I reached the stop early to board the bus. I am extremely unsatisfied with the manner in which this particular bus operator drives. This could have been avoided if he was PATIENT ENOUGH to finish queuing.
Your bus operators don’t have anything to lose by spending a few more seconds to ensure that there are no passengers left at every stop. WE, the passengers, are the ones who take all the risk and brunt the consequences of missing the ride.
I seriously hope this does not happen again – now whenever I see your bus at the stop, I’m going to make sure to flag it down and hopefully NOT miss a ride again
