Premium Bus Service 786 was a peak hour Premium Bus Service between Yew Tee and the CBD. It replaced City Direct Bus Service 662, which was discontinued on 17 December 2018.
Premium 786 was officially withdrawn in 2023.

is this bus still on going?! i waited for 30 mins but no arrival!
Ride is comfortable, fare is reasonable.
But radio is noisy, please turn off the music as we want some quiet rest.

The radio in bus 786 should be turned off, it’s too noisy and the riders can’t rest or sleep with the noise.
Honestly there isn’t much incentive taking this service given that:
– it’s more costly than the previous 662 service it’s replacing and travelling via train
– it takes longer given the travelling route due to traffic lights
