801 original fleet is only 3 buses that is 3 A/P & 1 S..jump bus.Supplements came from 854 Split buses.
Should introduce 801X express feeder. Takes 20 mins to go to Yishun
Will be introduced as the second express feeder soon based on intel.
And based on intel, 374X seems to be next.
Definitely the worst bus service I ever encountered. We know that your bus service time is not that frequent compare to SBS and yet your driver have no patient waiting for another 30 second.
I encountered 3 times, where your driver saw me running and waving for his bus, but i guess their ego is to big to be flag down. What in a rush is the driver in, and honestly i dont know what happen, this could be the problem of the management, or the driver are not paid enough.
Please, if you feel that all your driver are not suppose to wait, you might need to consider adding more service time for the people.
Accidentally leave a bad review for 806 when writing this. Imagine how bus 801 screwed up my thinking😅

Bus 801, deiver was driving too super slow.
Usually it will takes 10-15 mins to reach my destination from pickup point. It took me almost 20+ mins. He was really taking his own sweet time. I was aware that we have to be careful on road. But this is too much.
Bus came at 10.08am. Reach Northpoint at 1028am. It was a smooth traffic. No jam at all.
