From the under-study alignment of JRE towards Circle Line CC25 Haw Par Villa & direction of under-construction overrun tracks from Jurong Regional Line’s JE7 Pandan Reservoir, CR18 West Coast is just 1 stop down from JE7.

They could have saved resources, time and money by linking both lines & building the above ground Jurong Regional Line Station alongside the underground half of CR18, rather than wait and prolong the construction & its relevant inconveniences.

Also offer an alternative travel route around disruptions after 2032.
