Route Extensions for Services 870/870A & 992/992A to Tengah Blvd

From Sunday, 24 December 2023, Tower Transit Bus Services 870/870A & 992/992A will be extended to serve Tengah Boulevard with the completion of road construction work along Plantation Crescent.
Both Bus Services will be further extended with the completion of new roads and housing developments within Tengah New Town.
- Service 870 will serve new bus stop 40391 outside Blk 231B along Tengah Boulevard (serving Plantation Village housing estate), and thereafter ply non-stop along Tengah Drive before looping back to Bukit Batok Road towards Jurong Town Hall Int.
- Service 870A will be extended to terminate at new bus stop 40391 outside Blk 231B along Tengah Boulevard.
- Service 992 will serve new bus stop 40409 outside Blk 132B along Tengah Boulevard (serving Plantation Grange housing estate), and thereafter ply non-stop along Tengah Garden Avenue and part of Plantation Crescent before looping back to Bukit Batok Road towards Bukit Batok Int.
- Service 992A will be extended to terminate at new bus stop 40409 outside Blk 132B along Tengah Boulevard.
