Waterway Point, located at 83 Punggol Central, is a new shopping centre located at Punggol Town Centre, next to Punggol MRT & LRT Station as well as Punggol Temporary Bus Interchange. The mall’s soft opening was held on 18 January 2016.
It is integrated with Watertown, a condominium above the shopping centre. The mall consists of 2 levels and 2 basement levels. Apart from the retail shops, the mall also hosts the Shaw Imax cinema, the first cinema in Punggol, on one of the basement level. The 24hour NTUC Fairprice Finest supermarket outlet is also located at the basement level.
Getting to Waterway Point via Public Transport
Waterway Point is located right next to Punggol Bus Interchange and Train Station.
If you are travelling by train, ride the North East Line to Punggol Station (NE17/PTC), which is the north-eastern tip terminating stop. Punggol Station can also be accessed through the Punggol LRT System. Waterway Point is located at Exit A.
If you are traveling by bus, the nearest bus stop is Punggol Temporary Bus Interchange. The following bus services call at this stop: 3, 34, 43/43M, 43e, 50, 62, 82, 83, 84, 85, 117, 118, 119, 136, 381, 382G/382W & 386. Walk through the MRT/LRT station by entering from Exit C and exiting at Exit D. After which, turn right and cross Punggol Central using the underpass to get to Waterway Point.
Waterway Point Punggol Shuttle Bus Services (Ceased)
Notice: The Free Shuttle Service to Waterway Point has ceased operations from 1 October 2018.
Waterway Point Punggol also provides 2 shuttle bus routes to ferry shoppers to and from the mall. These 2 services operate on a loop basis and service both Punggol and Sengkang Towns.

Hope there will be Service 986 between Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange and Punggol Bus Interchange, via Choa Chu Kang Way, Bukit Gombak, Bukit Batok East, Hillview, Upper Bukit Timah, Bukit Panjang Road, BKE, SLE, TPE, Sengkang West Road, Sengkang West/East Way, Punggol Road, Punggol Field, Edgedale Plains and Punggol Central, connecting the residents of Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Hillview and Bukit Panjang to Sengkang West, Sengkang East and Punggol where Waterway Point, Punggol MRT/LRT Station and Punggol Bus Interchange is located. It will be operated by SMRT Buses Ltd from Kranji Bus Depot using Double Deckers like MAN ND323F A95, Volvo B9TL Wrightbus, Alexander Dennis Enviro500 and Single Deckers like Mercedes-Benz OC500LE and MAN NL323F A22.
This will supplement existing services 85, 102 and 168 as well as North South Line.
