Bas Muafakat Johor Bus Service P103 is a Bas Muafakat Johor (BMJ) between Larkin Sentral and Mid Valley Southkey, via Larkin Perdana, Giant Southern City and Kampung Melayu Majidee.

Service P103 links residential neighbourhoods at Kampung Melayu Majidee and Larkin Perdana with multiple retail destinations, such as Giant Southern City and Mid Valley Southkey, and the transport nodes of Larkin Bus Terminal and Jalan Tebrau. Parts of its original catchment area when launched were absorbed from the withdrawn Iskandar Malaysia Bus Service IM01.
As part of the revised route from 1 Nov 2026, the service has a modified routing inside Kampung Melayu Majidee and terminates at Mid Valley Southkey, omitting the sector between Mid Valley Southkey and PPR Sri Stulang. Lost sectors are replaced by new route P105.
Inside Kampung Melayu Majidee, both directions of P103 serve the same stops.
