Short Trip Service 911A is a short-trip service running from Woodlands Bus Interchange (Berth B12) and terminating at Woodlands Street 13 (Blk 146).
The route operates only during the weekday evening peak hours, complementing the West loop of Bus Service 911. Given that a majority of passengers during this time are bound for Woodlands Checkpoint, where 911 (West) loops at, Service 911A benefits residents along Woodlands Street 13 by offering bus trips that end directly at Woodlands Street 13 without proceeding to Woodlands Checkpoint, while also dispersing congestion on Bus Service 911.
Other public amenities served by Bus Service 911A include Woodlands Stadium, Woodlands Sports Hall, Woodlands Swimming Complex and Woodlands Town Park East.

It’s been 19 whole days (at the time of writing) since this thing was supposed to commence, no idea why the route’s not on LTA’s bus service map
And this page is still like, “Bus Service 911A commences operations on 11 March 2024.”
Honestly this bus route should have been made to terminate at Woodlands Train Checkpoint. Maybe that will help to disperse the commuters better.
Update: it’s finally up on the LTA bus map
How did they take, like, half a month to get 911A to show up? 983M didn’t show up immediately when it started operating (because of course, it takes time to add a new service here), but half a month… no, just no
