(Defunct) Causeway Link Bus Service SL1

Route SL1 has been withdrawn from 1 April 2019. Affected commuters can take Route CW3S between TUTA and Sutera Mall, or Route CW7L between CIQ 2nd Link and Legoland.

Causeway Link Route SL1 is a shopping & leisure bus service operated by Malaysian bus operator Handal Indah, plying between Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) Bus Terminal and CIQ Second Link via Sutera Mall, Bukit Indah and Nusajaya (Mall of Medini / Legoland / PHFTP).

Operating on Weekdays only (except Singapore Public Holidays), an alternate route CW3S replaces this route during Weekdays.

Route History

Route SL1 is a shopping & leisure route plying between CIQ Second Link and Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA). The route connects with the leisure and shopping destinations of Mall of Medinim Legoland Malaysia (LM), Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park (Hello Kitty Town / Little Big Club), Jusco Bukit Indah, Tesco Bukit Indah, Giant Nusa Bestari and Sutera Mall, benefiting locals and tourists alike with a convenient bus route to these destinations in the Bukit Indah and Nusajaya regions of Johor.

By connecting these places of interest with the transport nodes of Bukit Indah and CIQ Second Link, passengers can easily transfer from or to other bus services to Singapore. Through-ticketing is not available on SL1, and passengers from Singapore must pay an additional fare when boarding from CIQ Second Link.

Route SL1 has been withdrawn from 1 April 2019. Affected commuters can take Route CW3S between TUTA and Sutera Mall, or Route CW7L / Route JPO2 between CIQ 2nd Link and Legoland.

• CIQ 2nd Link: Designated bus boarding point
• Legoland / Mall of Medini: Outside Mall of Medini (Drop-off point)
• PHFTP: Outside the Little Red Cube building
• Bukit Indah: Bus stop along Jalan Indah 15/2 (outside ÆON Bukit Indah)

Fare:

Charges section fares. ManjaLink Card payment is accepted on this bus service.

• Through-ticketing is available on this route from Legoland Malaysia and Hello Kitty Town to Singapore. The fare is RM5.00 by cash, and RM4.50 by Manjalink card.
• ‘Singapore’ refers to boarding/alighting at Jurong East or Boon Lay
• Fares are identical for Cash and Manjalink payment modes
• Fares for travelling between towns in Johor are usually around RM1.50 – RM3.00
