Causeway Link CW3S is a Johor Bahru local bus service linking Terminal TUTA with CIQ Second Link via Sutera Mall, Taman Nusa Bestari, Taman Tan Sri Yaacob and Bukit Indah. It is operated by Handal Indah (Causeway Link).
Passengers may connect to/from Singapore using other cross-border services across the Tuas Second Link.

Service CW3S connects Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA), Sutera Mall, Taman Nusa Bestari, Taman Tan Sri Yaacob and Bukit Indah with the Sultan Abu Bakar CIQ Complex (more commonly referred to as CIQ Second Link). The route complements its parent Service CW3 but does not cross the border to Singapore. Passengers can transfer to other cross-border bus services (Service CW3, CW4, CW4S, CW6, CW7) to Jurong East, Boon Lay or Tuas Link. As a local bus route, buses will serve all en route bus stops along their route.
From Johor, the route also sells through-tickets to Singapore-bound passengers who will continue their journey at CIQ Second Link via other cross-border bus services. From Singapore, passengers from Singapore with valid tickets can transfer to this service at CIQ 2nd Link.
Carpark facilities are available at Terminal TUTA or Sutera Mall.

Fares are charged separately for each sector of the journey. Each sector is recorded through a tap-in, with the applicable fare deducted based on the sector travelled. Tap out is required if travelling on the local sector only.

- 2013 (29 Jan): ST8 combined with and renumbered to Causeway Link CW3S with extended operating hours.
- 2019 (01 Apr): Converted to daily operation following the withdrawal of Route SL1.
- 2020 (18 Mar): Suspended amid COVID-19 pandemic cross-border travel restrictions
- 2022 (01 Jun): Services resumed after the lifting of cross-border travel restrictions with reduced frequency & operating hours. Fares from Malaysia to Singapore increased to RM7.00 from Terminal TUTA, and RM6.00 from Sutera Mall. The bus stop at TF Value Mart in Bukit Indah was shifted from the mall parking lot to the roadside bus stop.
The current route of was first introduced on 19 November 2012 as Causeway Link ST8 between Terminal TUTA and CIQ 2nd Link. The bus operated hourly departures from Mondays to Fridays only, 0600-1900 from TUTA, 0700-2000 from CIQ 2nd Link. Weekend service was offered via Causeway Link SL1 (launched 17 Nov 2012) which stops at Jalan Indah 15/2 (serving Jusco Bukit Indah / Giant Nusa Bestari) instead of plying Persiaran Indah Utama.
Passengers from JB could buy through tickets to Singapore, with fares of RM6.20 from Terminal TUTA / RM6.00 from Sutera Mall / RM5.00 from Bukit Indah to Singapore. Passengers from Singapore with a valid ticket (paying the S$4.00 fare) could transfer to this service for no extra charge.
From 29 January 2013, SL1 was combined with and renamed to Causeway Link CW3S adopting SL1’s routing and fares. Operating days were reduced from Daily operation to just Mondays to Fridays only, but longer operating hours were offered on each day.
Old Timetable (2019 till 2020):
From January 2013 till March 2019, this service ran on Mondays to Fridays (except Singapore Public Holidays). On 1 April 2019, it was converted to full-day operation.
