The changing of lane at bukit batok road and the returning to tengah bus interchange is actually quite sharp.
Perhaps, it would be safer to make the bus route skip all bus stops at bukit batok road, so that they need not change lane at bukit batok road (when returning to tengah bus interchange).
been observing since yesterday the bus wasn’t crowded, today even more super empty bus
873 have more crowd than 874
infact 873 is more useful bus to connect resident in gombak tengah to DTL
where got so many residents in cck needed to travel to tengah. ? just because of a few resident in cck complaining and introduce a useless service again .
waste money & sources
Can’t just wait for JRL to be open?
make the bus more useful and not empty.
But that doesn’t mean there should be no buses from Tengah to CCK.
When Tengah have more residential houses in the future via current empty plots, I’m sure 874 will have their routes re-aligned slightly and serves them.
If they don’t future proof transportation services, people complain., If they future proof transportation services, people complain that one service is too empty. Please think of the future housing developments before pronouncing it’s death within the first week.
Can request to lease 3 MAN DD from SW since they already get 3 EV DDs
last time always saw at yewtee & cck crescent before they announced.
after they announced almost every day see it at cck ave 4
likely use to planned to serve yewtee area
I saw a route familiarisation trip on 874 twice a few days ago; both times were citaros.
Also saw some on Service 873 in Bukit Gombak & Hillview. They could decrease the frequency waiting time from 20-30 minutes to around 10-20 minutes at peak hours & normal hours respectively. If not, then maybe launch a short-trip service 873A from Hillview to Bukit Gombak.
