Braddell Bus Park is located within the headquarters of SBS Transit’s parent company, ComfortDelGro, and its subsidiaries. There are also vehicle workshops operated by ComfortDelGro Engineering in the premises.

SBS Transit’s bus division in the premises (Braddell Bus Park) is commonly referred to as BRBP, and was a sub-depot of Ang Mo Kio Bus Depot. The facility mainly functions as a bus park, but specialized maintenance can also be carried out there. With the closure of Ang Mo Kio Bus Depot in January 2025, the bus park became a sub-depot for Hougang Bus Depot.

The depot was built in the late 1970s by the Singapore Bus Service (SBS) to support the expansion of its fleet, costing around S$9.7 million to build, and took over the previous Toa Payoh Bus Depot. The move was part of SBS’ efforts to resite bus depots away from residential areas to reduce noise pollution.

Closure

In a news article published on 15 June 2025, Lianhe Zaobao reported that ComfortDelGro’s Headquarters will be vacating its premises at 205 Braddell Road, with the relocation process set to begin in October 2025. For SBS Transit, office staff will be moved to the Sengkang MRT Depot and the Sengkang West Bus Depot. Buses currently housed at Braddell Bus Park will be transferred to the Hougang Bus Depot.
