I suggest if SMRT Feeder 922 extends to loop at Gangsa Road via Segar, Fajar and Bt Panjang Road since they have 2 buses looping at Bangkit Road from Bukit Panjang Interchange

And new Service 978 (Bukit Panjang ITH to Compassvale INT) run by SMRT CCk-BUkit Panjang Package, via Woodlands Road, Mandai Road/Avenue, Lentor Avenue, SLE, TPE & Sengkang East Road so there can be a connection for Sengkang residents near the Zoo and a western connection to Sengkang besides service 156 to Clementi via YCK Road, Bishan, Bukit Timah

The only way is to alleviate 973 & 976 to start from Gali Batu and serve the bus stop outside the BPITH so 180 can convert into bi-directional service.

    Hi,
I would like to commend your Bus Captain SMB1468M for his politeness that made my trip from bus-stop 43249 to 42159 a pleasant one. I took the transport on 15-11-21 at between 7.20pm – 7.30pm. I alighted at 7.48pm.

I hope that this email reaches at the right office. I can provide any other information which you may be helpful. My purpose is to encourage your Bus Captain whose job is not easy to stay pleasant or happy despite its routine nature.

    Regards,
    Lim

I would hope that Service 180 would loop at Jelebu Road instead of entering Bukit Panjang ITH. At the same time, Service 975 can extend to Gali Batu Terminal and let Svc 974 to terminate at Bukit Panjang ITH.

Since Svc 974 & 975 ‘duplicate’ routes to Lot 1, Svc 974 can provide the alternative service to Lot 1 from Bukit Panjang ITH.

Hello, last time 180 commuters complained when loop at Jelebu Road, and now you want to switch back? Use common sense. 180 demand at BPITH is so high in the sense.

And also, 974 looping at Jelebu Road is still maintained good. Majority of the demand will go off and go in is at NS4/BP1 Choa Chu Kang. Most people who take 974 are those who take from Choa Chu Kang. Bukit Panjang not so much. That’s why 180 was chosen. THINK about people who take 180 everyday.
