Circle Line Stage 6 to commence service on 12 Jul 2026

The Land Transport Authority has announced that Stage 6 of the Circle Line (CCL) between HarbourFront and Marina Bay stations will commence passenger service on Sunday, 12 July 2026.

The announcement was made during the 2026 graduate fashion show for LASALLE College of the Arts (titled DE:CENTERING), held inside Cantonment MRT station on the night of 14 May 2026.

New stations as part of the Circle Line Stage 6 are:

On the same day, the Circle Line station code for Marina Bay & Bayfront stations will be changed as follows:

A public preview for the new stations will be held on Saturday, 4 July 2026 between 9:30am and 9:00pm.


Wayfinding

In May 2026, the Land Transport Authority has also launched a guide on CCL Wayfinding with train services denoted as Clockwise or Anticlockwise direction.

    Congratulations everyone, our circle line is finally going to start running full circle already.

    Just note that overstaying in the MRT system (which means stay for more than 2 hours), need to pay $2 penalty (regardless of how long after 2 hours).

    Cheers to being able to ride on the circle line like no life like that very soon when the… I mean, ride on the circle line to pass time in air conditioned environment and seated down, when the circle line starts to run full circle from 12 July onwards.

    this was long-awaited and surprisingly delayed by about a month due to the tunnel works. nonetheless good that circle line is finally complete (except for bukit brown)
