Early Closures & Late Openings (ECLO) along the entire Circle Line (CCL), between Dhoby Ghaut / Marina Bay and HarbourFront, will take place across six weekends between 11 April 2026 and 17 May 2026.

According to SMRT and LTA, these train service adjustments are needed for the final phase of testing and commissioning works needed to integrate the Circle Line Stage 6 systems with the existing CCL network.
Like the earlier early closures and late openings (Sep–Dec 2025), these service adjustments will provide the necessary engineering hours needed for safe and rigorous testing and commissioning of the train systems.
These integration tests could only be carried out after tunnel strengthening work between Mountbatten and Paya Lebar stations (Jan–Apr 2026), as these tests require the entire CCL to be operational.

As a result, CCL train services will:
- End earlier at 11:00pm during affected Saturdays (Early Closure)
- Start later at 9:00am during affected Sundays (Late Opening)
Shuttle Bus Services
Shuttles 36 & 37 will be provided on Late Opening days only (affected Sundays). They will operate between HarbourFront—Bishan & Bishan—Promenade respectively.
Fares for the Shuttle Bus Services are equivalent to the distance travelled by train.
