SBS Transit Bus Service 19 is a circular trunk route connecting Tampines and Changi Airfreight Centre through Tampines East, Loyang Avenue and Nicoll Drive. It is one of three daily trunk services to Changi Airfreight Centre (formerly Changi Airport Cargo Complex). It is not a full day bus service as the last bus departs Tampines Interchange at 8:15pm daily.

Service 19 connects Tampines Regional Centre and Tampines East to the offices and industries in the Changi area, as well as Changi Airfreight Centre. In parallel with normal commuting patterns, much of its demand is encountered during the peak hours when workers commute between the industrial areas and transport nodes at Tampines.
Changi Airfreight Centre
Changi Airfreight Centre is a restricted area and only staff with valid passes are allowed to enter. Auxiliary police officers will board the bus to check for staff passes at the Police Pass Office along Airline Road. Visitors who do not have a pass are to alight and re-board the bus after it returns from completing its loop within the Airfreight Centre (at a separate bus stop opposite Police Pass Office).

History:
- 1994 (23 Jan): Introduced between Tampines Int and Changi Airport Cargo Complex (Loop) as a day service with the permanent amendment of Service 29 to loop at Changi Village Ter
- 2003: Serves new pair of bus stops outside and opposite Loyang Ind Est along Loyang Ave
- 2006: Last bus extended to 1945 hrs daily
- 2008: Serves new bus stop outside Changi Beach CP 2 along Nicoll Dr, skipping the bus stop opposite Changi Beach CP 2
- 2011 (26 Sep): Designated wheelchair-accessible bus service (WAB)
- 2013: Last bus extended to 2015 hrs daily
- 2023 (26 Feb): Amended to ply a bus-only corridor along Loyang Ave & Loyang Way with the partial closure of Loyang Ave to facilitate the construction of Loyang Viaduct & Loyang MRT station on the Cross Island MRT Line

I wish they would extend the last bus timing of this service. 2015hrs for the last bus is too short. No other buses from Changi Air Freight goes to Tampines Interchange after 2100hrs onwards because the last bus would’ve already left the area before 2100hrs.
can take bus 9 then change to other services to tampines interchange along Tampines Ave 7
Take 9 to Loyang or Tampines Ave 7 and change bus from there.
About how long does it take from Tampines Interchange to arrive at air freight police post to change pass during morning hours. 0645-0715 start time
