SMRT Premium Bus Service 529 was a shuttle service between Yio Chu Kang Interchange and the private estates around Lentor. It plied the exact same route as Tower Transit Bus Service 825, but operated during Saturday evenings only. They were operated by SMRT’s charter subsidary, Bus Plus.

Premium Bus Service 529 served Lentor Estate residents with connections to Yio Chu Kang MRT, plying the exact route of Bus Service 825. While Service 825 operates on regular Weekdays & Saturday mornings, Service 529 operated on Saturday afternoons & evenings and charges higher fares.

After the commencement of the Bus Contracting Model (BCM), Service 529 was discontinued by SMRT Buses, with its last day of operations on Saturday, 31 December 2016. Thereafter, there are no public bus services to Lentor Estate on Saturday afternoons and evenings, after the regular operating hours of Bus Service 825.

  • 2017 (07 Jan): Service withdrawn.
