Premium 541 served private estates and condominiums around Bayshore, Upper East Coast and Marine Parade with bus connections to Suntec City and Shenton Way, eliminating the hassle of transferring between different modes of transport. At the same time, SBS Transit’s Express 10e and 196e also offer peak hour connections between Upper East Coast / Marine Parade and Shenton Way at a cheaper price while plying a similar route. The steep fares cater to the niche market of passengers who wish to travel in greater comfort.

The bus didn’t stop opposite the suntec city today at 7.20 pm. The driver chose to drive away from the bus stop lane and went speeding. This is supposed to be a premiun bus so it should atleast pass by slowly at the designated stops. To add to it the number on the bus is not clearly visible in the dark, so please be considerate and slowly pass by designated stops, so it gives people some time to read the bus number and stop.

Waited more than 40 minutes on 29th October at Shenton way from 5.50pm before giving up. Other premium buses showed up and I had to take other transport which took another hour home. Totally unreliable and would hope some authority steps in and do its job.

The 541 is very un predictable. Few days it will be at 6 pm at Oppo aia stop and rest days it will disappear. And since there is no tracking it’s such a pain to wait 15 mins to finally give up and take regular bus and travel. Please provide tracking otherwise you are losing faith from customers and we will move to grab shuttle.

So angry with the service, i always flag for the hus but because there are 3 big buses in front the bus conveniently drove off

And very often the bus service at 1747pm outside fullerton drives way too recklessly

Completely unreliable – if it operates under license from LTA – are they monitored on their service performance ?

The 541 bus has missed a pick up on Collyers in the evening regularly between 7 and 14 May. Resulting in waiting for 20+ minutes before finally using alternative transport? What’s going on? Is normally a reliable service.

Have noticed arrival times having been severely delayed and unreliable. Have often had to wait over 20-25 mins on Upper East Coast Rd.

I would to issue a complaint, on Tuesday 6 March 2018 I boarded the 541 bus from Costa Del Sol at approx 8:30 am . I took my seat and to my surprise I was shocked that the area was totally covered with a substance that resembled tar or sealer. Upon taking a further look it appeared that this substance covered the entire area seat, window, and panel. I changed my seat and realised that my shirt has come into contact with this substance and it is now ruined. I find it very shocking that no action was taken and the driver still allowed commuters to take this seat. I would have expected that these buses be routinely inspected as from the appearance the substance had been there for quite some time. My tailored shirt is not unwearable and I had to sustain a humiliating day at work filled with meetings with a dirty shirt. I’m not very please with my experience. I have pictures which I am willing to share to evidence my claim.
