Night Service NS-1 is a unidirectional late-night bus route from Shenton Way to Punggol, passing through Bayfront, City Hall, Clarke Quay, Havelock, Orchard Road, Little India, Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol East.

Operating on Fridays, Saturdays & Eves of Public Holidays, it is one of two public night routes operated by private operator A&S Transit.

Night Service NS-1 connects several City areas of Singapore with the heartland areas in the northeast. The unidirectional service is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and eves of Public Holidays, with five trips departing Shenton Way at 11:30pm, 12:15 am, 1:00 am, 1:45 am, and 2:30 am.

Starting from the Central Business District, NS-1 serves the Bayfront, City Hall, Clarke Quay, Havelock, Orchard, Dhoby Ghaut and Little India areas before heading north via the Central Expressway (CTE). In the heartlands, the route passes through Ang Ko Kio, Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol East before terminating at Punggol Way, next to Samudera LRT station.

Standing on the buses is not allowed. Commuters may board and alight at any stop that the bus service serves, including in the city and heartlands.

This service was introduced by A&S Transit in January 2023, as a replacement for the public night bus network that was suspended in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and officially withdrawn in June 2022.
