Thomson-East Coast Line 4 Opening Public Preview Event

With the opening of Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) Stage 4 (except Founders’ Memorial station) on Sunday, 23 June 2024, an opening Public Preview event titled “Journey through Colours of the East” will be held at the seven new TEL4 stations on Friday, 21 June 2024 from 12pm to 9pm.

Commuters can preview and travel for free between the new TEL4 stations.

• TE24 Katong Park
• TE25 Tanjong Katong
• TE26 Marine Parade
• TE27 Marine Terrace
• TE28 Siglap
• TE29 Bayshore

Shuttle Train Service

A free shuttle train service between TE22 Gardens by the Bay and TE23 Tanjong Rhu will be available during the public preview event.

Commuters using the shuttle train service would need to:

• Alight at Gardens by the Bay station
• Proceed up to the concourse level and tap-out at the fare gates (adjacent to the Passenger Service Centre) to end their paid journey
• Follow the signage and walk towards theopposite end of the concourse. Join the queue (if any)
• Follow the direction from staff who will guide commuters to go down to the platform to take the shuttle train.
• Alight at Tanjong Rhu station to begin your TEL4 exploration journey.

The return train service to Gardens by the Bay is also available.
