With Singapore exiting the Circuit Breaker as planned on Monday, 1 June 2020, most bus services which were suspended in April 2020 would resume service on Tuesday, 2 June 2020. However, bus services which cater to recreational demand will continue to be suspended until further notice. All bus services (except 401), were officially withdrawn on 30 June 2022.
In addition, Bus Service 128 was withdrawn on 2 June 2020, with the last day of operations on Tuesday, 7 April 2020.

Premium Bus Services
In an update posted on the Commute Solutions website, Premium Bus Services that are operated by them would remain suspended until further notice.
Actually apart from the night services i dont understand why the other services are still suspended
I think from 1 Dec, 188R, 926 and 963R will be back to operation – due to people getting SingaporeDiscovers vouchers ($100).
Nite Owl/NightRider – don’t know what is the arrangement but experts say no need because people usually go home at 10.30pm what on Sundays.
Chinatown Direct CT8 and CT18 will be in operation – but does not make sense for CT18 because it duplicates DTL what.
Nite Owl/NightRider services are just for people going to work at night or people going for occasions
