• 2000: Introduced as a short-trip service from Sengkang Ter to Aljunied Rd (Aljunied Stn) during morning peak hours on weekdays
• 2001 (28 Apr): Amended to Sengkang Temp Int
• 2003 (18 Jan): Amended to Sengkang Integrated Transport Hub
• 2003 (20 Jun): Serves new bus stop opposite Hougang Central Int along Hougang Central
• 2007 (20 Aug): Designated wheelchair-accessible bus service (WAB)
• 2022 (28 Aug): Amended to ply Hougang Ave 4 with the partial closure of Hougang Ctrl to facilitate the construction of Hougang MRT station on the Cross Island MRT Line, serving an additional bus stop outside Blk 831 along Hougang Ave 10
