SBS Transit Bus Service 133M was a supplementary route variant of Bus Service 133, running from Shenton Way Terminal and looping at Temasek Avenue during the evenings on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, passing through Bayfront Avenue and Raffles Avenue.
Its last day of operation was on Sunday, 20 May 2012.

Service 133M was an intra-city route variant between Shenton Way, Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Suntec City, supplementing the demand for Bus Services 97, 106, 133 & 502 between the above service areas. The route variant was first launched in 2010, following bus service changes prior to the opening of MBS, linking the new Integrated Resort (IR) to the newly opened Promenade MRT station at the time.
Initially operating daily, its operating hours were significantly reduced just six months after its launch in October 2010, running during the evenings on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays only to complement existing bus links in the City.
In January 2012, the Circle Line Extension (CCLe) between Promenade and Marina Bay opened for passenger service, directly duplicating the route of this service. Due to deteriorating demand, Service 133M was eventually discontinued four months later. Its last day of operation was on Sunday, 20 May 2012.
