Service 19 connects Tampines Regional Centre and Tampines East MRT Station with industrial areas in Loyang, and Changi Airfreight Centre. From Tampines, the route takes the most direct route via Tampines Avenue 7 and Loyang Avenue, continuing past Changi Village and Changi Beach before entering Changi Airfreight Centre.
Service 19 is also one of three bus services that serve Changi Airfreight Centre daily, alongside Services 9 and 89. It is, however, the only one not to operate full-day, as the last bus departs Tampines Interchange at 8:15 pm daily.
Much of its route is also shared with other bus services; Service 9 plies the same route between Tampines East and Changi Airfreight Centre, while Service 59 shares the same route between Tampines East and Changi Village.
Demand Patterns
Service 19 operates with a fleet of single- and double-deck buses, with double-deck buses comprising the majority of the fleet.
The service primarily caters to workers commuting between the industrial areas and transport nodes at Tampines and Tampines East. Demand is high during the peak hours, reflecting normal commuting patterns. Therefore, despite the duplicating bus routes, Service 19 sustains demand throughout the day due to its direct connection with Tampines Interchange and MRT station.
Changi Airfreight Centre
Changi Airfreight Centre is a restricted area, accessible only to staff with valid entry passes. At the Police Pass Office along Airline Road (Bus Stop 95131), auxiliary police officers board the bus to verify staff passes. Visitors without a valid pass must alight at the Police Pass Office and wait to re-board the bus after it completes its loop inside the Airfreight Centre (at Bus Stop 95139, opposite the Police Pass Office).

I wish they would extend the last bus timing of this service. 2015hrs for the last bus is too short. No other buses from Changi Air Freight goes to Tampines Interchange after 2100hrs onwards because the last bus would’ve already left the area before 2100hrs.
can take bus 9 then change to other services to tampines interchange along Tampines Ave 7
Take 9 to Loyang or Tampines Ave 7 and change bus from there.
About how long does it take from Tampines Interchange to arrive at air freight police post to change pass during morning hours. 0645-0715 start time
Also same question from bedok interchange to police post.
