The Interchange:
Plans for the interchange were first mooted as part of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)’s 2019 Draft Masterplan and also in the Land Transport Master Plan 2040. The interchange would be sited within the Punggol Digital District, Singapore’s pilot Enterprise District comprising JTC’s mixed-use developments, and the Singapore Institute of Technology’s (SIT) new campus.
The bus interchange would be developed by JTC Corporation, the statutory board that develops Singapore’s industrial land. Within the PDD, the interchange is sited at ground level just west of Punggol Coast MRT station (designated JTC Parcel CC1 in planning diagrams), a business park development comprising PDD Towers 1, 2 and 3.
Based on available diagrams, the bus interchange will have a combined vehicular ingress/egress via a signalised junction along Sentul Walk. The site is bounded by Punggol Way to the north, the Punggol Heritage Trail (former Punggol Road) to the east, and Campus Boulevard to the south.
The Land Transport Authority referenced the name ‘Punggol North Bus Interchange’ in a travel guide for residents of Punggol Point Woods housing estate (dated September 2023).
However, in June 2024, the operator poster for the amendment of Service 84 indicates that the interchange is named as “Punggol Coast ITH”. Locality maps at the newly opened Teck Lee LRT Station also indicated the bus interchange as “Punggol Coast”.

If the ITH meant to replace the existing Int then they better be bigger.
I would prefer if svc 34,82,84,85,119 & 384 starts from here.
Can have bus service 43 to be transfer to Punggol north bus interchange from Punggol bus interchange by 2023
Is Punggol Coast bus Interchange a replacement of Punggol Central Temporary Interchange?? 😱😱😱or is it a separate interchange? Omg pls tell me it is not a replacement.
Probably. As in Punggol Bus Interchange at Punggol Central is Temporary. Most likely shifted to there.
Seperate,As Punggol North ITH is just a small ITH like Bukit Panjang & Serangoon..The replacement Punggol Int is beside Waterway Point.
Transport master plan showed new ITH next to new mrt station. Vacant site next to Punggol mrt station is a ‘white site ‘ for residential and commercial/office development.
Got a feeling Loyang is just tempory since its near to Residential and Industrial area..Lorong Halus might get a new depot.
