The Interchange:
Plans for the interchange were first mooted as part of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)’s 2019 Draft Masterplan and also in the Land Transport Master Plan 2040. The interchange would be sited within the Punggol Digital District, Singapore’s pilot Enterprise District comprising JTC’s mixed-use developments, and the Singapore Institute of Technology’s (SIT) new campus.
The bus interchange would be developed by JTC Corporation, the statutory board that develops Singapore’s industrial land. Within the PDD, the interchange is sited at ground level just west of Punggol Coast MRT station (designated JTC Parcel CC1 in planning diagrams), a business park development comprising PDD Towers 1, 2 and 3 (later named Towers 80, 82 and 84).
The interchange is bounded by Sentul Walk to the west, Punggol Way to the north, the Punggol Heritage Trail (former Punggol Road) to the east, and Campus Boulevard to the south. It is integrated with both Punggol Coast Mall and Punggol Coast MRT.
The main vehicle ingress/egress route at Punggol Coast ITH is via a signalised junction along Sentul Walk, with backup access leading to Punggol Way.
The opening of the interchange was announced on 20 May 2025. On 29 June 2025, the interchange opened to commuters with the extension of Bus Services 34 and 117/117M from Punggol Interchange. New routes and further enhancements to bus services will be implemented progressively in tandem with the completion of new developments in Punggol.

Pre-opening name change
The Land Transport Authority referenced the name ‘Punggol North Bus Interchange’ in a travel guide for residents of Punggol Point Woods housing estate (dated September 2023).
However, in June 2024, the operator poster for the amendment of Service 84 indicates that the interchange is named “Punggol Coast ITH”. Locality maps at the newly opened Teck Lee LRT Station also referenced the future bus interchange as “Punggol Coast”.

hehe, for now Go-ahead. In the coming years, change operator. Because heard G-AS might be leaving the SG industry. Can see from how Tower Transit manages to clinch other contracts but non for G-AS. To protect myself, these are just allegations. Whether this is true or not, no idea.
GAS has to wait for the next biddings, if lta decide to award them other contracts like CCK, Tampines or Serangoon-Eunos and retain Loyang they might stay… They need at least two contracts to stay afloat. Else LTA should have just award Nex Continental Alsa bus.
Got a feeling in coming months 84 also will join here.Rumours is 85 and 136 also will be joining in coming months with a feeder.
Neither of these are going to PGC. Especially not 84
Hi, for 104, could we have a slight amendment after Buangkok MRT, go via Sengkang East Ave, Sengkang East Rd towards Punggol instead of following 43 via Sengkang Ctrl, Compassvale Dr, Sengkang East Rd and provide additional catchment from us Anchorvale Link residents. Blk 301D bus stop already lost 156 to Buangkok and has really bad bus frequency and connectivity. We hope that we could get 104 to save us. We hope you all could help feedback to LTA about this as well as more ppl talking about it might mean that there is a higher chance LTA reads this. Thank you everyone!!!
Agreed! Speaking as a Serangoon resident a speedy access to Sengkang town is lacking after 156 got cut back to Buangkok. 43 works too but is slow because of the Buangkok diversion.
43’s Buangkok diversion also skips us by one stop. I hope the bus will instantly turn after the Buangkok MRT instead of plying the whole sengkang ctrl so we can have a bus at doorstep. As 156 also turns the stop before as well. Blk 301D bus stop is like the stop missed by everything with no alternatives provided as compensation.
