City Direct Service 665 provides residents of Marsiling and Woodlands South with greater connectivity to the CBD. The service provides a travel alternative for commuters who relied on the rail network and feeder buses to and from work. The route incorporates an express sector between Woodlands Ave 1 and Orchard Rd via SLE & CTE.

This is the fifteenth City Direct service to be introduced under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP), which provides more options for commuters using stretches of the existing rail lines that experience persistently high ridership, while the ongoing rail enhancement measures are being implemented.

With the introduction of City Direct 665, Express Service 951E was amended to serve Woodlands Ave 5, skipping Woodlands Ave 1 and part of Woodlands Ave 4.

The interval between the AM second last bus and AM last bus is 15 mins. Can you look into this? Thanks.

would like request an earlier bus during the evenings (Maybe between 17.30 – 18.00 )
As this would help for the everyone who finishes work around 17.00.
The recent addition of the Double-Decker Buses is great.

    Keep up the good work.

Hope the last bus timing for both AM & PM slots can be extended to 7:50am or 8am, and 6:45pm or 7pm respectively. Just a wish list request to make this bus service better for a wider group of commuters.

The current service and recent enhancement are great! Thanks for adding this convenience to people who stay far north.

My only wish for this Christmas is….Double decker or long bus for City Direct 665 which can provide more seats for Woodlands passengers!
Sincerely hope that Tower Transit can make my small wish come true and give 665 loyal passengers a big present!

Best Wishes & Merry Christmas to the Management & Staff!

Still waiting for the double decker bus. Not fair as only commuters from Marsiling got seats and the ones at Woodlands need to stand for an hour every day to work and we pay the same fare. No matter which bus you take, the earlier one or the later one, there are still no seats. Where is your double decker bus?
