Service 168 is a residential inter-town route connecting Bedok and Tampines towns with Woodlands, via the Tampines Expressway corridor. The route incorporates a long express sector (~20km) between Tampines Avenue 10 and Woodlands Avenue 2 along Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE), but with an intermediate stop each at Bef/Aft Punggol Rd along Tampines Expressway & Jalan Kayu.
As the fastest bus link between Bedok / Tampines and Woodlands, Service 168 benefits from fairly high demand throughout the day and double-decker buses make up the bulk of the fleet. Service 969 offers an alternative route between Tampines and Woodlands, but takes a longer journey via Yishun.

Can 168 be transferred to either Sembawang-Yishun or Woodlands bus package? Feels abit off to have a SBST service in Woodlands.
Dear operator,
Please remove the bus and send for air con servicing!!
I board this bus at jalan kayu about 4.15pm. Could you check on the bus 168 (SG6175C). The air con is weak and not cold. During the time i board, upper deck about 3/4 full. I can felt it is quite stuffy.
There are others who felt the same. Sweating and fanning for cold air.
All 3 Batch 2 A95s perm this SVC!!!!!
