Is it possible for bus 506 to amend to Boon Lay via Boon Lay (passing through Chinese Garden and Lakeside) instead of Jurong East (or Tengah)
Not feasible because that sector from Chinese Garden to Boon Lay is a clone of service 180. 506 is better off being sent to Tengah that has more catchment, or even stay put at Jurong East. Plus 506 should just downgrade to trunk service.
506 should shorten to Tengah instead, gives Tengah a faster alternative to BB (as compared to the lousy 992, just remake 944 lah).
The BB East-JE connection is covered by 870, giving 870 proper healthy demand rather than the stupidity it is now (870 move to JE Int, 143/M move to JTH)
bro what? Ur suggestions are far more worst than what LTA is doing rn
What’s the point of this anymore without serving the East
it wont benefit much…
Didn’t 506 used to start from Jurong East??? Wonder why change to serangoon
506 was from Bedok to Jurong East.
No it was from jurong east to upp east coast
Bro its still Jurong East
