MRT Early Closure & Late Opening: Woodlands North – Gardens by the Bay (3 – 5 Nov)

To facilitate integrated systems testing for the upcoming TEL Stage 4 opening in 2024, the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) between Woodlands North and Gardens by the Bay will have reduced operating hours on 13 Fridays and weekends from 3 November 2023 to 28 January 2024.
On these weekends, the TEL will close early (early closures) on Friday and Saturday evenings, and start service later (late openings) on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Affected Train Stations
All stations along the existing Thomson-East Coast Line (Stages 1 to 3) will be closed to passengers during affected periods.

Train services between Woodlands North – Gardens by the Bay on the Thomson-East Coast Line will:
- End earlier at around 11:30pm on Friday, 3 November 2023
- Start later at around 8:00am and end earlier at around 11.30pm on Saturday, 4 November 2023
- Start later at around 8:00am on Sunday, 5 November 2023
Shuttle Bus Services will be available only during Late Openings on Saturday, 4 November 2023 & Sunday, 5 November 2023.
