61 will be a harsh test.
Hope Go Ahead will deploy this buses on service 136
TTS Yutong SDs now on 41 & 77 no more svc 189.Ain’t sure about the DDs
Since the E12SDs are redeployed, the E12DDs can also get redeployed to other routes like 3, 184 and 106.
E12DD might as well deploy on 3 also..
I think better not because then it will be the same case as TTS and SMRT where they don’t operate their E12DDs on weekends because of low DD demand. And even though there are some DDs on weekends for 983, they are all other bus models. I don’t get why.
E12DD should do crossover trips between both 3 & 118. No need E12DD on 83…Besides 118 has more demand than 3, 118 needs them more. Actually 3 used to have 3 door MAN A95 until they stop using them on 3 and now spam on 62 & 68. What i think they should do is:
119 doesnt need 3 Door MAN A95 due to lack of demand. 62 doesnt need to spam all 3 Door MAN A95, unfair to other services.
119 has about 1-2 MAN A95 3 Door, these can just go over to 3.
62 can swap out some 3 Door MAN A95 with some of 118 Volvo B9TL WEG2 so 118 can use 3 door on weekdays, it will benefit the demand on 118
E12DD can rotate between only 3 & 118, 83 dont need it. 83 can just have Citaro, Volvo B9TL & Euro V MAN A95…if they feel like it can use MAN A95 3 Door.
Right now the E12 SD are perfect on 3.
Also idk why but it seems like GAS MAN A22 E6 are only deploy on 15, 82, 84 & Punggol Feeders, they rarely perform on other services like 3,34,119 or Pasir ris services. Hopefully when GAS will take in those spare MAN A22 in Lta storage
