Peak hour express bus services 513, 868E, 951E, 982E & 850E will be renumbered to City Direct Bus Service 646 to 650, respectively, along with some route amendments, extensions and enhancements from Monday, 15 June 2026.

Express Services 513, 850E, 951E, and 982E were introduced under Bus Services Enhancement Programme (BSEP) and were initially not classified as City Direct services. This renumbering exercise reclassifies these express routes as City Direct services, including Express 868E, which predates the BSEP scheme.
City Direct 646 (Express 513)
Express 513 will be renumbered to City Direct 646 from Monday, 15 June 2026, with a route extension to Tampines Street 64.
