Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub (ITH) is an air-conditioned bus interchange located at Pasir Ris Town Centre, inside the Pasir Ris 8 mixed-use development. The development comprises a retail mall (Pasir Ris Mall), condominium (Pasir Ris 8), town plaza, polyclinic and childcare facilities.
Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub opened on 27 April 2025, replacing the old Pasir Ris Bus Interchange (1989–2025).

The Interchange:
Plans for an ITH at Pasir Ris Central were initially surfaced in URA’s Draft Master Plan 2013. In 2017, the HDB-led Remaking Our Heartland initiative announced renewal plans for the town, including the construction of a mixed-use development on the west side of the existing Pasir Ris MRT station, which would include an ITH to replace the existing Pasir Ris Bus Interchange.
The site was tendered out via GLS in late 2018, and awarded by HDB in March 2019. The development, now called Pasir Ris 8, comprises a two-storey retail mall (Pasir Ris Mall), a 487-unit condominium with 7 blocks (Pasir Ris 8), along with a town plaza, bus interchange, polyclinic, and childcare facilities.
The interchange site is bordered by Pasir Ris Drive 3 to the north; Pasir Ris Drive 8 to the west; Pasir Ris EWL station to the east; and Pasir Ris Central to the south.
Based on available diagrams, vehicle ingress/egress routes at Pasir Ris ITH are via a signalised junction along Pasir Ris Drive 3, with backup access along Pasir Ris Drive 8. A dedicated MINDEF bus pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) point will be built north of the existing EWL station, beneath the rail viaducts.
The access route for most commuters would be via a through-block link connecting Pasir Ris ITH with Pasir Ris MRT Exit B (EWL). An underground link will also be built at Basement 2, connecting to the underground CRL station.
Originally targeted for completion in 2028 (as per LTA 2021 Press Release), the new Pasir Ris ITH will take over the existing Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, which sits on land earmarked for future development. The future Cross Island Line (Phase 1, Aviation Park–Bright Hill) is projected to open in 2030, with a further extension to Punggol due to open in 2032.
At the official launch of Pasir Ris Mall on 22 July 2024, the revised opening year for Pasir Ris ITH was announced to be in 2025, 3 years earlier than the initial estimated completion year of “around 2028” provided by LTA back in Jun 2021.
The interchange would open “in the coming months” as of March 2025, as mentioned by Transport Minister Mr Chee Hong Tat during the Committee of Supply Debate 2025. The interchange opened on 27 April 2025.

It would be nice if they gave Punggol-bound 3 a berth here now that there’s space.
There’s pass-on information from external social media that the NTWU canteen of Pasir Ris Bus Interchange is moving to Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub (ITH) on the 27 April 2025. It is also said that 2 new routes will be introduced from Pasir Ris ITH in addition to existing bus services moving over from the old interchange. Could these 2 new services be introduced and the Pasir Ris ITH open on the 27 April 2025?
One trunk to Changi Village another to Sengkang area.136 might be transfer to Seletar package.
Stop spitting rubbish. Yall have been fooled, likely by pictures am I right?
There are no new services beings introduced as of now. However the ITH is confirmed to be opening on 27 April 2025
Service 39 can be shortened to the new Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and can just close down Tampines Concourse Bus Interchange. Commuters taking Service 39 can simply transfer to Service 81 along Pasir Ris Dr 1 if they want to continue their journey towards Tampines from Punggol or Yishun. Service 81 can then be amended to cover the lost sectors of Service 39 along Tampines Ave 2 and Ave 5.
Nearly as big as Bedok with extra alighting berth. 62 parking lots..I got a feeling beside enroute service 3,Some service will loop here.
Does Integrated Bus Interchange Transport Hub connect Pasir Ris MRT Station East-West Line and Cross Island Line?
I hope the temporary interchange is slightly bigger than the old one
Its the same though it has end-on berths
